Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but rest assured that we take every measure to ensure a timely arrival.

Same-Day Delivery (Dubai): For our clients in Dubai, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 5 PM, with delivery within the next 4 hours.
 
Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days. 
 
International Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days.

    Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply for international orders, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

    Returns
    We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tauana Cambraia Jewelry purchase. If for any reason you are not fully happy with your order, we offer a return policy for unworn, undamaged items.

    Return Window: You may return items within 14 days from the date of receipt.
     
    Condition: The jewelry must be in its original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
     
    Exclusions: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless faulty.
